Most of what we make does not fit a catalogue. A tractor seat cover with a zip flap. A stage canvas for a weekend festival. A cover for a conveyor belt at a cement plant. A bespoke dome for a film set. A one-off product prototype for a designer.
Send what you have
Photos, a rough sketch on a napkin, a voice note. We work with whatever you send. Thirty years in, we can usually read between the lines and quote within a day.
For complex jobs, we send back a written spec with dimensions, materials, and fixings before you commit. You sign off, we build.
No minimum
One custom cover or a hundred. Same factory, same quality. We have made a single Velcro patch cover for R150 and 2000-unit runs for retail chains. Both get the same care.
Prototyping for product designers
We work with SA product designers and OEMs on prototype and small-batch manufacturing. Send us a concept or a 3D render, we pattern it, build a sample, iterate, then run volume. Sample costs are typically refunded against volume orders.
NDA work is routine. Send your standard NDA, we sign before pattern-making.
Construction methods
- RF welding — PVC, sealed seam, no stitch holes
- Hot-air welding — PVC and coated fabrics, industrial scale

- Eyelets — brass or galvanised, 500 mm spacing standard
- Zips, Velcro, drawcords, buckles — all fitted to spec
- Printing and applique — branded or colour-coded output
Who we build for
